Guiding Goal respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Guiding Goal mobile application (the “App”).
We are committed to transparency and simplicity — and we do not collect or store any personal or identifying information about you.

We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Device identifiers such as IDFA or IMEI
- Contact information, location data, or photos
- Any user-generated content or notes stored locally on your device
All data you enter into the App stays on your device unless you back it up using iCloud or other Apple services under your own control.
3. Analytics Data
We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service, to help us understand how the App is used (for example, which screens are visited most often or how long users spend in certain sections).
- The analytics data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify you personally.
- We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies for profiling or marketing.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
Guiding Goal offers an optional subscription tier to unlock premium features.
- Payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
- We do not receive or store your payment information.
- Any billing, cancellation, or refund requests should be managed through your Apple ID account settings.
5. Children’s Privacy
Guiding Goal is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact Apple to handle removal through their account systems.
6. Data Security
Because we do not store personal data, there is no risk of data breaches affecting your identity or sensitive information. PostHog maintains its own security and compliance measures for the anonymous analytics data it collects.
7. Your Rights
Since Guiding Goal does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no data for you to request, correct, or delete. You can, however, reset all locally stored app data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

The App may include educational articles or motivational quotes referencing third-party content. These links are purely informational and do not track users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
